Checkout went through fine in the end, but the payment page took a bit longer than I expected and felt kind of clunky. I would’ve appreciated a clearer loading message or some reassurance that everything was still processing, because for a moment I wasn’t totally sure if it was working or if I needed to try again.

I’ve ordered from CraftOnline a few times now, the prices have been really decent compared to other craft shops I’ve checked out. Who doesn’t love finding craft supplies without feeling like they’ve overpaid? They seem to have sales often, and even when things aren’t on sale, the regular prices still feel fair. I like being able to add a few extra bits to my order without thinking, “Did I just spend way too much?” Delivery has been totally fine too, no problems so far. For the price, I’m happy with them and I’ll definitely keep ordering.

I grabbed a few craft bits from CraftOnline and wasn’t expecting it to turn up so fast. Got the tracking soon after I placed the order, and then the parcel showed up earlier than I thought it would. Everything was packed fine and all that, so no issues there. Happy with how quick this whole thing was.

I’ve ordered from craftonline.com.au a few times now, and I usually just wait for the sales to pop up!!! The discounts are actually good, not just a couple of dollars off, which is nice!!! On my last order I even managed to use an extra promo deal, so I was happy with the final price!!! Checkout was easy, everything arrived packed well, and I’ve got no complaints. I’ll definitely be ordering again when they have another good sale on!!!
